I’d hope this is not the same Ramsey that allow Ebony McBean or Grady to open up a practice unlicensed! I was informed about a month ago that The Smiling face company, possibly linked to this company, was not a licensed company and I finally decided to get braces last year thinking I was supporting a black owned business. I have not had an updated invoice in months. They smiling face shutdown and ran off with people money. And if I’m not mistaken Dr. Ramsey is also responsible for this considering the fraud done under his name. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK OR THE POWER OF SOCIAL MEDIA WILL COME INTO PLAY. I have been patient and understanding but I am livid now! I can’t even move forward with treatment after being asked for another 8k and now I can’t get assistance because ALL of the money went to THE SMILING FACE COMPANY. I need my money or we are going to court and I and suing the entire establishment including this company. I am doing a deep dive into both with a lawyer and it WILL be handled. This is WRONG! PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING BEHIND THE HANDS OF GREED.

I recently went to Build a Smile on Park Rd. for teeth whitening, first of all I must recognize how great Jasmine was! Very friendly and made me feel at ease. The facility was very nice, private, clean, and relaxing. I spent 45 minutes for teeth whitening and got to enjoy a messaging chair and connected my phone to their speaker and listened to a pod cast. The entire experience was a breeze and Jasmine always checked in on me to make sure everything was okay. oh and my teeth came out sparkling white! Highly recommend.

I love this place. I had Jasmin and she was great. She was be professional, informative, and made sure that I was very comfortable. The place is very clean and smells great. I recommend anyone to come here if they are trying to get their teeth whitening. It was quick, very affordable, and gave instant results. Build a smile gets 5 stars from me any time.

I don't think I can even begin to explain how amazing my experience was at Building A Smile. Dr Darren and Jasmin are true professionals. Their service level was more than 5 Star! But it gets better... The Results... I have never been more blown away by the transformation that my teeth went through. It was like night and day! I highly recommend you checking out all they have to offer at Build A Smile. Take it from me, you won't be disappointed!

This was my first time getting my teeth whitened and I could not have asked for a better first experience! Jazmin was kind and welcoming and made sure to go over every step of the process with me before starting anything! She answered all of my questions and kept making sure that I was feeling good and that I was comfortable. Also, she was totally on top of making sure my massage was running the whole time, haha. My teeth look AMAZING! I got way better results than I was expecting after one visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get their teeth whitened. Great experience and the best prices for whitening I have found anywhere in Charlotte :)
